- As a weekly pre-shampoo treatment, use GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum. Leave on scalp for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse.
- Follow with a quarter-size amount of GRO Revitalizing Shampoo. Lather onto wet hair from scalp to ends. Massage in. Leave in for 1 minute, then rinse.
- After shampooing, wring out excess water from hair. Apply a quarter-size amount of GRO Revitalizing Conditioner onto damp hair from scalp to ends. Massage in. Leave in for 2 minutes, then rinse.

I first used the shamp/cond (lasted 6 months on what little I had) and serum (lasted 1ish month) I’ll be opening my 2nd bottles of just shamp/cond next week.
To show you how my hair was pre breast cancer (picture1) thin, fine, uneven. My husband joked that I have been growing my hair out since I’ve met him, 7 yrs ago. Lol

My hair was thinning badly and shedding like crazy. I decided to try out Vegamour based on the good reviews. I’ve been using for a little over one month so far and noticed less shedding and regrowth on my thinning areas. I also use the serum! It smells so good!
